Account data

When you create an account, we store your email address and authentication details to identify you and secure your account.

Your chats

The messages you send the assistant and its replies are saved to your account so you can come back to them. Only you can see them, and deleting a chat deletes its messages.

Messages sent to an AI service

To write each reply, your message and the recent conversation are sent to an AI service.

Message count

We count how many messages you send each month to apply the monthly allowance.

Roles

If you are given a role such as admin, we store that role against your account, and the email address an admin invite was sent to.

Your profile

The name and picture you add to your profile are stored and shown where the app displays your account.

Subscriptions

If you subscribe, we store which plan you are on and whether it is active. Your card is handled by Stripe; we never see or store the full card number.

Usage data

To see how many people visit AI assistant and what they use, two small things are kept in your browser: a random id with no name attached, so repeat visits count as one person rather than several; and, if you arrived from a tagged link, where you came from.

This stays in AI assistant's own database. It is not shared with any other company, and it is never used to identify you personally.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details go straight to them; we never see or store your full card number.

Services that handle data for us

We use a small number of outside services to run AI assistant. Each only receives what it needs to do its job:

• An AI service (to write the assistant's replies)
• Stripe (card payments)
• Stripe (subscriptions and card payments)

We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with anyone else for advertising.
